AN INCREDIBLE LAUNCH TODAY!

Today's launch brought back all the joy and wonder I felt as a little boy watching the first shuttle launch on TV.

Wide eyed for the launch, both then and now, Team NASA did not fail to inspire the little boy inside.

On a personal musical note:

A few months back I posted that I was planning on playing a piece during the launch, a personal soundtrack for the launch (The Tonnage a Vibe Shall Lift). When I made that post I had no idea how well the timing/melodic phrases would fit with the actual launch sequence..... there must have been a subconscious memory of the shuttle launch sequence timing running in my head while I was composing "Tonnage" as the phrasing is eerie close.
