What is this track, and how does it work?
How does the track work?
The track starts with isochronic tones beating at a frequency rate of 15Hz, gradually ramping up to 30Hz at the 50-minute mark, where it stays and holds for the final 10 minutes. The pitch frequency of the tones also ramps upwards throughout the track. The tones were then mixed with an upbeat music track, which also has amplitude entrainment effects applied to it. The end result is what I believe to be a very uplifting and energizing audio track that will elevate your brainwave activity and energy levels.
How to use it?
You can use this track at any time during the day. However, if you listen to it too close to bedtime in the evening, you may find it harder to get to sleep.
You can use it to help wake you up in the morning, boost motivation, or increase your energy while out running or during a workout/gym session.
Headphones are NOT required.
Although headphones are not required, you may find them useful for blocking out external distractions, especially if you are studying in a noisy environment.
How loud should the volume be?
The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones. You don't want it so quiet that you can hardly hear it, but you also don't want it so loud that it's uncomfortable, hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around halfway and adjusting it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.
