Our biggest regret in our careers is the day we declined an inquiry about opening up for a folk band from Denver that was playing at Blueberry Hill the next month. That band ended up having a chart smashing hit that summer and The Lumineers became a household name. We wanted to pay tribute to that wonderful band that got away but ended up in the heights.
