From the executive producer Sheldon Lettich, creator of action classics DOUBLE IMPACT and RAMBO 3: Los Angeles is shaken by a series of gruesome murders. All victims are young women with Russian roots. The killer leaves no trace, but a single black rose on each body. LAPD Chief invites a Russian Police detective to get the investigation moving. Major Vlad Kazatov (Alexander Nevsky) arrives in California from Moscow and together with his new partner, LAPD detective Emily Smith (Kristanna Loken), they start a hunt after new "Jack the Ripper" on the mean streets of Hollywood.
