The attorneys from Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho college students in 2022, are expected to face off with prosecutors in court over what evidence may be used at his highly anticipated murder trial in August. The legal teams are expected to spar over whether to allow text messages sent by the two surviving roommates, as well as a harrowing 911 call.
