He had second thoughts about letting her touch his piano as he worries that she wouldn't be able to complete the job properly while being blind.
However, the woman assured him that she knows what she's doing and sure enough, she was incredibly skilled. The old piano sounded brand new with her adjustments.
He took her home and while on the way back to her office, she revealed that people have been rude to her and some even told her to die just because she was blind. However, she still thinks she's lucky because a master has taken her in and taught her piano for 10 years without asking for any fees.
She now works at a music studio and hires other blind musicians. They are so good that they frequently get invited to places to perform. It's hard to imagine how many more hours they have to practice to reach that level of talent.
The man was in awed by the music they make and the woman hopes the world understands that blind people can provide value to society too. They aren't just expecting free handouts and government support.
