Video Transcript:These are the only countries voting against condemning Russia’s Aggression in Ukraine. In Europe, we of course include Russia, Belarus, and Hungary. Further, we add the United States, which sided with Russia on this resolution, and Nicaragua and Haiti. In Africa, these 8 countries voted against Russia's aggression. Same also did Israel, North Korea, Palau, and the Marshall Islands. And this is the map of all 18 countries.
