3 Levels of Chicken Sandwiches

Here are the 3 levels of a chicken sandwich. 

Level 1: The Gas Station Sandwich:
Industrial bread, cheap cheese, and deli-sliced chicken. 

Certainly nothing to write home about. 


Level 2: The Homemade Sandwich:
Toasted seeded bread, mayo, mustard, provolone, fresh veggies, seasoning, and rotisserie chicken. 

Better, but not great. 

Level 3: Detroit 75 Style Sandwich:
Homemade seeded bun, 4-hour smoked chicken, into the press to get toasted. Topped with cilantro garlic jalapeño aioli (the green sauce), pickled jalapeños, and fresh veggies. 

This is a sandwich that will really knock you on your @ss. 

Just because it's a sandwich doesn't mean it shouldn't be exceptional.
