Getting the perfect music project complete isn't always a real-world outcome. If you have no one you're working for, and no deadlines, then you can spend as long as you want (and maybe still never arrive at that 'perfect' outcome). When you have factors like timelines, budgets, deadlines, advertising, management...or even just social media announcements you made that something will be online at a certain time, then knowing how to start and complete a project is an artform and something I talk about on day 79 of #The100DayProject.
