This is a perfect example of quite a common technique of flushing the Evader out from the Ridge and (potentially) getting the tag.
1 - Setup:
The Chaser jumps from the Front Line Tray to the Sled and puts their right foot on the lowest bar of the Ridge.
2 - Test and read Evader’s reaction:
They then step through with their right foot (without committing to moving all the way through) and note the Evader’s reaction. In this case, the Evader (thinking the Chaser is going to move through to the outside of the Ridge) starts cutting into the centre of the Quad.
3 - Tag:
The Evader pushes off with their right foot, cuts the Evader off and gets a quick tag.

NB I’m not sure if this is intentional but there are a lot of little details to the way Dustin does this that are very cool. For example, in the Setup phase, keeping his foot on the lowest bar of the Ridge (as opposed to on the floor) allows him to step through in a much more efficient way.
