So background story to this mix is I recently upgraded my sound system after 20 years (IKR?) and still wanted to keep my tape deck which is still in mint condition, anyway after hooking it up i went through a box of oldskool rave tapes and found myself listening to some early 90s Carl Cox mixes, he was one of the DJs that inspired me to become one myself, well at least try to, so this mix is dedicated to him and the tunes he smashed back in the day.
Also by no means am i trying to bite his style, I don't claim to have anywhere near the skill he does, I'm really just fan boying out, playing the tunes, yes some of the transitions I "borrowed" but some I took some artistic licensing myself, anyway, I hope some of you enjoy this as much as I did making it and if by some chance Carl sees this I would just like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for inspiring me and countless others, 1 Luv ♡ ♥💕❤😘
