Hey guys! Here is a quick and easy recipe for sweet potatoes and sausage that can make a scrumptios meal at anytime without a ton of ingredients or time. The ingredients needed are as follows: 4 or 5 sweet potatoes1 or 2 sausage links (I used all beef)sesame oil (could be canola oil in a pinch)garlic salt1/2 cup dried onionred pepper flakesSazon seasoninggingerSlice the potatoes and sausage. Peel and chop the ginger. Toss in a bowl with the oil and seasonings. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are soft. I didn't measure out the spices, but use them liberally. Sazon seasoning usually has salt in it so be careful not to over salt it! This is a very quick and easy recipe so enjoy!
