2 parts rye whiskey or bourbon (Woodford Reserve)
1 part amaro (Averna)
Splash of chocolate bitters (Scrappy's)
Cherry with a little syrup (Amarina Fabbri)
Orange peel (local tree in the backyard)
Shaken on ice and served with a large ice cube
Mezcal Moment:
2 parts mezcal (Madre Mezcal)
1 part aloe liqueur (Chareau)
3 parts kombucha (Revel - "Pink Moment")
Splash of bitters (Angostura)
Lime slice
Mint (properly slapped)
Tajin on the rim
Served over a large ice cube
