STORYLINE:
An Israeli strike which hit tents in Muwasi on Saturday killed six people, including the entire Abu Teima family.
Their bodies were taken to the Nasser Hospital in the nearby city of Khan Younis.
Emotional mourners gathered around the bodies of the children, wrapped in plastic bags and lying on the floor.
"What did these children do to them? What is their fault?” said Suad Abu Teima, the grandmother of three of the four children killed in the strike.
Relatives of the al Najjar family cried over the body of Tala al Najjar, who was killed in the same strike.
Red flowers were laid around her, while her mother kissed her.
Israeli airstrikes on different parts of the Gaza Strip have killed dozens on Saturday.
The attacks, which began late Friday and continued into Saturday, hit shelters and residential areas across Gaza, worsening its humanitarian crisis.
Meanwhile U.S. President Donald Trump has suggested a ceasefire deal could happen within a week.
Hamas has repeatedly said it is prepared to free all the hostages in exchange for an end to the war in Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he will only end the war once Hamas is disarmed and exiled, something the group has rejected.
