This is the song Blue Velvet by Bobby Vinton. If you've ever seen the film Blue Velvet by David Lynch, you know the track takes on a much darker, sinister, and almost ethereal tone in the film. I've always loved the song, but I've also always heard it differently in my mind. I've simply remixed / re-imagined the track to match what I've always heard in my head since watching Blue Velvet so many years ago.
