In this Video Log episode I share a few thoughts on how to increase efficiency in the "expression department." When I started playing congas, it did not take me long to get in a creative rut. I began on a quest so to speak, on increasing my rhythmic palette. I realized that what I thought I knew was only superficial at best since I could not recall it under various amounts of performance pressure.
