Joining us for our next Electronic Beats TV B-Sides episode is Gigi-FM, a French-Italian DJ and producer, born and raised in Paris. Eventually Gigi made her way through the scenes of NYC on a ballet scholarship and London where she became a sturdy fixture in the bustling underground scene, making regular appearances at the revered Make Me events, throwing DIY parties and holding down a residency on the globally renowned NTS Radio. The culmination of these experiences in major underground electronic music cities has led Gigi to become a highly accomplished DJ, record collector, owner of her own imprint Sea~rène and producer on Bambounou’s BAMBE label. Join us here as we dig a little into Gigi’s favourite Vinyl B-sides, exploring her love for experimental rhythms, spaced-out dub influenced cuts and high-octane hypnotic techno.
