3-4 spring onions (divided into leafy part and white part)
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup sweet corn
3-4 garlic cloves
olive / vegetable oil
salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
