We were called out to do an estimate at another abandoned Detroit apartment building for one of our clients. However, our estimator was a bit unsure about this one for a couple reasons. There are major mold issues throughout the building, floors are falling apart on every story, and a room on the third story was fried by a fire. Will this building fit the budget?
