
Guess what: you can still have jam on a low carb diet! Especially if you have access to some fresh berries or fruit I highly recommend this recipes! And even if you don't have, you can still use frozen berries, it works just as well. Usually strawberry jam is my favorite, but since I have some huge blackberry bushes in my area, I made some blackberry jam first. But I'll probably try out strawberry too soon!
