Hello friends! So I recently had the opportunity to borrow this original Novation Circuit. If you've watched my channel for a while, you probably know I used to own one of these but I sold it years ago.

I used to try to coax "pretty" sounds out of this thing but this time, I just started banging techno out of it without getting too lost in thought on the composition or sound design. Quick and dirty, that was the approach here. As a groovebox, this thing really does well... groove.

95% of what you'll hear was created and performed on the Circuit in a single take but there was one section that just needed a little something extra so I layered some MS-20 Mini leads in there (also in the video).
