The woman went to comfort her. The woman understands English a bit so she was able to find out that the foreign woman was from Tanzania and she was there to find a job after a friend told her there were jobs there.
She arrived in the country with two people, but they disappeared soon after arriving at the airport. They told her they were going to the bathroom and never returned. She didn't know anyone else and didn't know where to do so she was in deep distress.
The couple seeing this, wanted to help her. When the man was getting her luggage to the car, the woman thought she was getting robbed since she didn't understand the language and what the man told her. The woman reassures her that they are good people, they were just getting home after finishing work.
They took her to a restaurant first and ordered her something. The woman foreign woman even stopped eating when she realized that the couple weren't eating because in her culture, it's impolite for one person to eat while the other person isn't. The couple already ate. They helped her bagged up the dinner that she didn't finish. The couple offered to get her more but she turned them down.
They then took her to a hotel. The hotel is very high quality, not one of those sketchy ones. They wanted to make sure the foreigner feels safe. The woman even asked her if the bedding is enough and if she needed more.
After making sure the woman is alright, she left a phone number for her in case she needed help again. The foreign woman thanked the couple. She would be flying back alone. As for her friends, in the video, it doesn't say why they left her. If there was a fight. But it's a very terrible thing to do to someone to drop someone while in a foreign country. Thankfully, she met the caring couple who took care of her.
