
Brûléed Strawberry Lemonade:
Slice fresh strawberries and lemons and add them in a single layer to a sheet pan. Sprinkle all the slices with raw cane sugar, then use a blow torch or broiler until that sugar is fragrant and melted.
Add your fruit to a blender along with a little agave, lemon juice, and water, and blend until smooth.
Strain through a sieve for an extra smooth sip, and serve chilled with a garnish of brûléed fruit.
Garden-Fresh Lavender Lemonade:
Quarter your lemons and 75% of them into a blender, peels and all. Add the juice of the remaining 25% of your lemons along with raw cane sugar, a little agave, water, and de-stemmed fresh lavender.
Blend until smooth and creamy before straining through a sieve. Serve chilled with a garnish of lavender sprigs.
