
For about 7 pieces:
-Butter (15 grams)
-flour (15 grams)
-milk (250 ml)
add salt, nutmeg and paprika and bring to boil while stirring,
then add:
-jamón iberico (60 grams)
-2 sheets of gelatin (if you want it to be extra creamy)
let the mix rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Form your croquetas, then dip them in egg and Panko and fry them.
