Temple of the Dog was a 1990s supergroup featuring members of Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, including the late Chris Cornell. During the Sydney performance, Eddie Vedder sang both his and Cornell's parts, with the audience joining in for Cornell's high harmonies.
This rendition was a poignant tribute to Chris Cornell and a nostalgic moment for fans, marking the first full performance of "Hunger Strike" by Pearl Jam since Cornell's passing in 2017.
The setlist also included other rare performances, such as Bruce Springsteen's "No Surrender" and Pearl Jam's "Dissident," making the final show of the tour a truly special event for attendees.
