The law doesn't provide clarity on when a recall process can be restarted after an initial attempt. We're uncertain about the required window period before resubmitting a recall petition for a senator. However, as of today, the recall petition fell short of the required 50% + 1 threshold. If the petitioners decide to try again, it will be interesting to see how they plan to make up the deficit.
