INTRODUCTION TO GLITCHES 1 - Backshift Boost

The glitch is useful when trying to reach a place that is below you, but out of reach at normal speeds. The main premise is that, on the ground, shifting backwards makes you move really fast for a split second, but then you come to a complete stop. So, what you can do, is shift backwards off of a building. This will make you keep the speed, while not stopping you! The main issue is that you can't jump while shifting, so you can't keep the velocity for anything else than falling.
