I will introducing you some sound design ideas in Max/MSP,
especially for some ambient music production stuff.

0:00 start(warning!!NO SOUND in this whole video)
0:30 make a attack stage
2:03 use click~ to reset the counter(our AD envelope trigger)
3:53 gate output only "during the attack stage"
7:03 already looks like a attack stage......
9:36 scale the output range into 0. --- 1.
10:54 our attack stage finish!!!
11:38 copy this process one more time for decay stage
13:04 only difference between attack and decay... and we need to do this...
14:08 our decay stage finish!!!
15:23 switch attack stage to decay stage when attack stage "ends"...
