Ashley Anne Rose Martinson is a young lady who made news throughout the world when she was just ten years old. After being found guilty on two charges of second-degree intentional homicide, Martinson was sentenced to 23 years in prison. Her mother and stepfather found out about her covert relationship with Ryan Cisco, a 22-year-old, which is when her lawsuit started. Martinson shot and killed her stepfather with a shotgun after witnessing him acting violently against her mother.
