In this interview, Dr Eric Secemsky (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, US) discusses the findings of a retrospective analysis of disparities in critical limb ischemia (CLI) management associated with major limb amputation. Outcomes suggest that lower-intensity vascular care is frequently associated with greater mortality. Originally presented at VIVA 2021.
