Ask about our latest low stress sheeting system – The WAX DSS (Double Chunker Sheeting System). This automation mimics the gentle handwork of the craft baker resulting in superb gas retention in the dough and elevated volumes.
• Additionally we also want to introduce you to Radilinq. The Radilinq division of Rademaker specializes in pan and peelboard handling equipment, product depanning, and conveying systems. On our booth we presented the rack loader, which is perfect for automated loading of racks for proofing and baking.
• New innovations that are now ready for use in your bakery! A great example is our product monitoring station. This system reinforces our commitment to lowest cost of ownership and improved OEE. It scans every product and provides meaningful data to our customers as well as makes recommended corrective actions. A real game changer in efficiency and yields.
• And for new Rademaker technologies we had a robot cell placing chocolate batons on croissant targets. Taking the labor out of the process while improving yields and your bottom line!
Besides this we had a product showcase where you could see various products that could be made on a Rademaker production line. And the famous Dutch BoulangerieTeam was giving live demonstrations in creating the most beautiful pastries and artisan breads.
