There are 3 very important things you need to be fully aware of to run a successful restaurant.
1. Excellent Customer Service:
Just because the customer isn't always right doesn't mean they aren't still the customer.
2. Practice Adaptability
If you're hearing the same feedback over and over, it's your job to take action to fix it.
3. Hear Customer Feedback:
If a customer is taking the time to give you feedback about something, hear them out. They might be right.
Honestly, don't even worry about these things if you aren't doing the bare minimum for your restaurant; preparing and serving quality food and treating your team with respect.
