From the book "THE GREAT DISCREPANCY" by Boris Kriger

Chaos is often perceived as synonymous with destruction and ruin. Indeed, the very essence of life presupposes an intricate order, mirrored in the meticulous structures of DNA and RNA molecules, proteins, cellular membranes, and other intricate physiological structures. The introduction of chaos implies the cessation of life, and in our collective consciousness, this is perceived negatively. Nonexistence is deemed undesirable, an aversion perhaps stemming from the human instinct for survival, despite philosophical arguments that could contest this viewpoint.
Nevertheless, it's crucial to note that our understanding and interpretation of chaos could be influenced by our inherent bias towards order and survival. This bias may color our perception of chaos as an entirely harmful force, overlooking the potential role it could play in fostering change, evolution, and growth. The nuanced relationship between order and chaos, between survival and non-existence, becomes even more complex when one factors in the subjective nature of these concepts and the differing values attached to them in diverse philosophical perspectives.
Given these realities, it is hardly surprising that we strive to maintain order - both externally, to the extent of our influence and capabilities, and internally, despite the existence of a seemingly chaotic subconscious abyss. These attempts manifest themselves in numerous ways, ranging from our fervent efforts to control the environments we inhabit, to the intricate structures we build within our minds to comprehend and navigate the world.
