My New nighttime skin care routine 2020 has effectively reduced discoloration, uneven skin tone and improved my texture in the last six weeks.
My Anti-age Over 40 Skin-care regimen is a combination of Skincare products, Face massages and Face yoga exercises.

I was beginning to notice that in my 40’s it was getting harder to get rid of dark spots, pigmentation and Improve skin texture, which caused dullness and made skin look lifeless.
The right massage techniques help increase the blood circulation in your face that boosts natural skin glow…and Who doesn’t want Glowing skin at home??

With all the steps, i made sure to:
- sleep for at least 7 hours on my Anti-age silk pillow,
- drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. This shows a huge improvement in wrinkles
- and Face yoga gives a face lift without surgery.
