Apparently, you can quickly and easily remove the skin of a potato after you boil it? Let's see about that.
1. Wash your potatoes and leave them whole.
2. Carefully cut a shallow line all the way around the center of your potato.
3. Boil them whole for a few minutes longer than you normally would to make sure they're nice and soft.
4. Strain the water and carefully pinch the skin of each potato and it should come right off.
This worked like a charm, but definitely keep an eye on your potatoes to make sure you're boiling them long enough to be nice and soft.
For sure a must-try hack.
