She said she didn't have money and as his son, he should give it to her. The man quickly told her that she got the wrong person but she insisted he was her son.
Realizing he couldn't argue with her, he just gave her the buns and bought a drink but she wanted that too. At this point, he just wanted to get as far away from her as possible. So he ordered another drink, paid and quickly left but soon discovered she was following him.
He helped her opened the drink as she wanted and just as he was leaving, he saw her feet without shoes. So despite his prior frustrations, he let her climb on his back. He then went to the store and got her a new pair of shoes.
It's evident that she has dementia and doesn't know her way back. She didn't have phones with her and just wanted to be with her son. So the man ended up taking care of her for a few days until her family came looking for her and picked her up.
Most of the stories I post on this channel is real, this video however, is staged. But the message is the same. Would you help a dementia elderly who needs help?
