Well the big pile of rubble had to be moved from the back of the house to the front of the house. It will be great to see Rubble Mountain (nod to @ThePethericks) go from the back of the house so I can start to work on the drainage at the back of the house and start digging out for the paving. The electrician started re-wiring the house today to get it up to current standards so I made myself scarce and went home to spend the day with family before heading back to the house to make a start before it got too dark. We placed a big order today with @leroymerlinfr for flooring and loads of big bulky/heavy stuff like blocks and mortar and the online experience would lead you to believe that it is all being delivered to your house at no cost but when you get to the payment page you find out only a fraction of the stuff is being delivered and the rest of it you have to go and collect yourself. So tomorrow is a collection day which involves hiring something big enough to collect it all to get it to the house. Booooooooooo
