▶️Ingredients:
Base:
✔ yogurt 300 g
✔ 500 gr cream
✔ 60 g powdered sugar
✔ 5 drops vanilla essence or 10 g vanilla sugar
✔ 25 gr instant gelatine
✔cold water 100 ml
Frosting:
✔ 200 gr dark chocolate
✔ 25 gr vegetable oil or butter
▶️Cooking:
✔ Add cold water to the gelatin.
✔ Stir to mix.
✔ Allow to stand for five minutes.
✔ Place the yogurt in a bowl.
✔ Add powdered sugar.
✔ Add the vanilla essence.
✔ Stir with a spatula.
✔ Pour in the cream.
✔ Stir with a whisk.
✔ Pour in the warm gelatin.
✔ Stir again.
✔ Pour into dessert tin.
✔ Place in the fridge for four hours.
✔ Break chocolate into pieces.
✔ Add the butter.
✔ Melt in a water bath.
✔ Decorate the frosting for dessert.
✔ Place in the fridge for twenty minutes.
✔ Cut into portions.
