Using a WEM Copicat tape echo & recorded on the Tascam 688.

I created a few drum patterns on the MFB-301 analog drum machine and tested out it's MIDI capabilities by connecting it to the Korg Electribe 2 (sequencer) which controls the start/stop & tempo of the drum machine.

The Electribe is also controlling the Korg Volca FM synthesiser, which is going through the WEM Copicat tape echo during the live performance.

There are a couple of sounds on the Electribe which are samples from the CMI Fairlight. (I have saved a sample bank on an SD card which is all 80s drum machine and fairlight samples).

Everything is recorded into the Tascam 688 tape machine, D.I.

I sent the drums and the right hand synth to the WEM Copicat tape echo from the tape machine's FX bus. I controlled the tape echo's self-oscillation during the final bounce (like, too, in the live jam).
