Plastic is choking our ocean, and the numbers don’t lie...Each year, over 11 million metric tons of plastic enter the seas, adding to the estimated 200 million tons already circulating through our blue planet. From microscopic fragments invading plankton, to ghost nets entangling #whales, plastic #pollution infiltrates every level of the ocean's ecosystem.
Our ocean, the lungs of the Earth, can’t keep breathing under this plastic wave. It’s time for decisive action to turn the tide and protect the life beneath the waves.
