Is this Dubai or a Cyberpunk City view? Dubai looks very much like a futuristic cyberpunk city in this view, and yes this is a real view of Dubai in the background of this 3D scene. So, take a moment to relax in a Billionaire's terrace in Dubai, what sort of things does a billionaire own in a place like this? I'm not sure but I have seen cars being able to be parked in high rise buildings, so why not in Dubai?I have tried to make the audio more of a water feature than high rise, what does a high rise sound like? So I have very subtle background sounds but its mainly wind and water sounds in this video.
This scene has been completely rendered in Unreal Engine 4. There are still to many issues with UE5 for me to keep reliably making videos in that software.
I have colour graded the visuals in Premiere, and rendered the 8 hours in Premiere also. The image in the background of this 3D scene is a real photo of Dubai that I have animated.
The sound was put together in Reaper.
I hope this helps you relax, sleep or study. When I made this video I had no idea if its to be used for sleeping or just an ambience, in my mind this is just an ambience.
