“For this patch I was interested in moving beyond the “drone” synth paradigm. I was impressed with the percussive qualities of the filter being heavily modulated with the envelope shapes of the lfo, I also discovered that most of the lfo shapes were able to clock my make noise Rene, so decided to sequence the pitch of the oscillators, one of them being the melody/bass line, and the other with heavy modulation from the lfo was used as a sort kick drum, then I just played the sequencer and various parameters on the DS-2"

“I’m Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff, a founding member and guitarist of the Grammy nominated band @Lettucefunk. Here in my home studio making demos for the band and decided to use the drone synth to create a pad for a psychedelic vibe for this Funkadelic, Late Miles influenced tune. I ended up adding a second layer with the synthesizer after this video, and it became more sinister!!!”
