* Parsley
* Onion - 1
* Carrot -1
* Garlic -3-4
* BBQ Sauce 1-2 cups
* Salt (to taste)
* Black pepper (to taste)
* Maggi Liquid Seasoning - 2 tablespoons
* Oregano 1 tablespoon
* Basil - 1 tablespoon
* Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
* Eggs - 2
*Milk - 1/2 cup
* Vegetable oil / olive oil - 2-3 tablespoons

Serves 3-4 plates
