EDIT: I released a new version of this video that cuts out two minutes of unnecessary information about some singles and guest appearances
The 1969 album by Almendra is considered by many to be one of the most outstanding achievements in the Rock Nacional movement from Argentina. The band consisted of Edelmiro Molinari, Emilio del Guercio, Rodolfo García, and Luis Alberto Spinetta and regrouped for a third studio album, “El Valle Interior” in 1980.
In the ‘70s, Edelmiro Molinari would form the band Color Humano, Emilio del Guercio and Rodolfo Garcia played in Aquelarre and Luis Alberto Spinetta became a huge success with his bands, Pescado Rabioso and Invisible and later Spinetta Jade, Spinetta y los Socios del Desierto.
Purchase music by Spinetta to support his family, using this link also helps support my efforts to make these videos, thank you!
