Braces yourselves for a brand new masterpiece from Suskii that will knock your pony socks off! Inspired by Stygian's story and the season 7 finale "Shadow Play", it features vocal samples from it and conveys the theme with hard-hitting yet melodic and refined musical bliss. Presented to you as a Cider Party exclusive!

Straight from the intro you can just feel how emotional and big this new piece from maestro Suskii will be. Heavenly pony vocal chops from "The Spectacle", "Love Is In Bloom" and "This Day Aria" come in and take us away as we feel connected by our Passion for ponies. An epic villainous quote from the Pony of Shadows appears, brilliantly placing us in the theme and introducing the greatness that's to come. Insane sound design blows us away, and we marvel at the musician's craft. A pony-introduced drop is heavily reflecting Stygian's suppressed feelings and the damage caused by his Shadow. Another section with comforting and emotional vocal chops feels just like a moment of respite and a light of hope in the battle, as the seeds of Friendship and a better future start taking root. The second drop blasts another powerful force of the mind, while the outro perfectly concludes the experience, making us realize the extent of what we just went through and the impact on our soul, resulting in powerful emotion. At least that's what it did to me, as I teared up at the end after listening to this track for the first time! That's Suskii's music for you: heavy, sick, yet very melodic and progressive, and along those pony concepts, it certainly makes for a lot of emotion. Suskii is so amazing at sound design and at making songs emotional with pony concepts and beautiful melodies! Happy to be able to feature him again.
I just had to make Twilight's horn glow with the light rays effect (love that effect, so useful in lots of situations).
