
A quick and easy recipe — perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
• Cauliflower — 400 g
• Carrot — 200 g
• Bell pepper — 200 g
• Red onion — 50 g
• Garlic — 10 g
Spices & dressing:
• Red chili flakes — 1/4 tsp
• Ground coriander — 1/2 tsp
• Sweet paprika — 1/2 tsp
• Ground black pepper — 1/2 tsp
• Salt — 1 tsp
• Sugar — 1 tsp
• 9% vinegar — 1 tbsp
• Vegetable oil — 5 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cover with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Immediately transfer to ice water for 5 minutes, then drain and place in a large bowl.
3. Grate the carrot using a julienne or Korean-style grater.
4. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips, the red onion into half-rings, and press the garlic.
5. Add all vegetables to the cauliflower. Sprinkle with all spices, salt, sugar, and pour in the vinegar.
6. Heat the vegetable oil until very hot, then pour it over the spices — it will release a rich aroma.
7. Mix the salad well with your hands. Done!
