According to a new CNN report, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth did not inform the White House before authorizing a pause on weapons shipments to Ukraine last week. #MorningJoe’s Joe Scarborough reacted to the reports, calling the move “unprecedented”:
“You don’t just wing it... I can’t think of a historic parallel… [he] would’ve been fired the next day in any other administration.”
