The Fujitsubo is one of the one exhausts made for the second gen Honda Z 1998-2002. Provided no silly issues, the removal of the old exhaust and the install of the Fujitsubo should take about 30 minutes max. That is of course, if you can disconnect the wire connector from the rear bumper and you don't accidently snap one of the exhaust spring bolts in half.
