▶️ Ingredients:
✔ 550 gr. chicken breast
✔ 1 garlic clove
✔ 0.5 tbsp. mustard
✔ 1 tbsp. soy sauce
✔ 1 tsp. salt
✔ 0.5 tsp. black pepper
Batter:
✔ 50 gr. hard cheese
✔ 100 gr. bread crumbs
✔ 50 g. flour
✔ 1 egg
Sauce:
✔ 115 g. mayonnaise
✔ 1 tbsp. dried herbs mix
✔ 1 garlic clove
✔ parsley or dill

▶️ Cooking:
✔ Cut the chicken filet into strips.
✔ Add soy sauce, mustard, black pepper and salt.
✔ Squeeze out the garlic.
✔ Stir to combine.
✔ Mix mayonnaise, garlic, Italian herbs and parsley.
✔ Add grated cheese to breadcrumbs.
✔ In a bowl, whisk the egg.
✔ Dip chicken filet in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
✔ Then transfer to the baking tray.
✔ Bake for twenty minutes at three hundred and ninety-two degrees Fahrenheit.
