при участии Всесоюзного научного центра хирургии АМН СССР, 1989 г.Представлены методика и техника микрохирургической операции по поводу непроходимости семевыносящих путей – распространённой причины бесплодия у мужчин. В ходе операции исследуют проходимость придатка яичка для обнаружения участка окклюзии. Этот участок шунтируют, проходимость семевыносящих путей восстанавливается.
У оперированных мужчин исчезает чувство неполноценности и появляется реальная надежда на создание прочной, счастливой семьи.
